Complete Window Cleaning

We recommend this service level to all first time customers and annually or semi-annually to returning.

Our highest level service, your windows will be showroom clean. Guaranteed.

Glass Restoration

Hard WAter Stain Removal

We will evaluate the extent of the hard water damage and estimate the cost of restoration.
$100 per hour or $25 minimum charge

Paint or Stain Removal

If your windows have significant overspray or paint drips please let us know when you schedule. We will remove the paint or stain carefully without doing further damage to yor windows. If stain is older than 6 months, it may not be completely removed.
$150 per hour or $25 minimum charge

Solar Panel Cleaning

Dust and pollen build-up drastically reduces energy output. Annual cleaning can improve your energy generation by 20-30%.

Skylight & Solarium Cleaning

Skylights and solariums offer amazing light to your home but can quickly get dirty. Annual cleaning and inspection guards against leaks and damage. Each time we clean your skylights or solarium we remove debris build up from around the skylight, inspect the window seal, remove sap drops and clean the window.
$12 per skylight

Cob-Web Removal

North facing exteriors often are plagued with excessive cobwebs, with soft brushes attached to extension poles we can reach and clean up to 50’.
$50 per hour or $25 minimum charge

Ladder Service

If you have a small project in a hard to reach spot, we can help. We have high-reach ladders (40’) and extension poles (50’). Past projects have included: snow-melt system removal, attic vent repair, pine needle removal, gutter cleaning, avi-rail repair, trim repair.
$75 per hour or $25 minimum charge
